Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of reservation, you will be charged one night's stay. Cancelling 7 days prior to reservation is accepted with no charge.

On the weekends there is a two-night minimum when staying in the
Courtyard Villas Suites.
Holiday weekends are three–night minimums.
These rates do not include 9.5 % state and local taxes.
**Villa guests have access to the pool, pool house, and bicycles. The
pool is for our resident guests only.
Breakfast is not included.
Rates are subject to change. All rooms reserved prior to a rate
change will be charged the lowest rate.
Reservations for 5 nights+ get 10%
discount on entire stay.
